Royalty-free? - Have fun!
Every artist needs the necessary capital for his work. Even if the artistic activity is part-time job or as a hobby, every euro is a valuable contribution to the next work.
Some people
want to add music to a video, perform a dance or provide relaxing music in the
waiting room... and the paperwork begins because of a few euros in royalties.
Since I know this creative brake from my own experience, I go my own way in
this regard.
Although
all pieces are subject to copyright, they may be used free of charge in the
private sector. For commercial use, please contact me in advance via contact form or by E-Mail.
The following conditions therefore apply:
1. The private use of my music is free.
2. You are allowed to make private copies of my music for yourself. Making copies for others is not permitted. Please refer interested persons to the possibility of free downloads as a registered user.
3. For the commercial or public use, distribution and processing of my music (both against payment and free of charge), the use must be agreed with me. In most cases, I will certainly allow free use. Please contact me.
4. It is strictly forbidden to offer my music for download on other websites and portals, in particular to obtain advertising revenue without prior approval or licensing.
5. It is not permitted to create or copy physical phonograms from my music without prior approval and to pass them on to third parties for a fee or free of charge. CDs can be ordered for reimbursement of charge / self-cost price.
